Built to supply Lisbon (Portugal) of water on the XVIII century, the "Aqueduct of Free Waters" was a placce of horrors.
In this place a man called Diogo Alves (last man convicted to death in Portugal), robbed and killed
70 people from the top of this iconic estructure, in order not to have witnesses.
It's an interesting side story of a wonderfull estructure, if you come to visit Lisbon.
