Yakutsk - Russia - Coldest place on earth.

This city is located 450kilometers ( 280miles ) south of the Artic circle. With an extreme climate due to is proximity to the Artic this city experiences normal temperatures in July with 19.5Celsius ( 67.1F ), but in the winter, January the termometer drops to -38Celsius ( -37.5F). That kind of temperature may froze anyone in a matter of minutes without a proper protection, and the wind can burn your skin. The lowest temperature registed was -64.5Celsius ( -87.9F).
A great place for someone who really enjoy extreme climate or simply the cold itself. A place in the roof of the world ready to give you a certain unique experience.
